Score your organization

Sixteen statements across the four lenses, four yes/nos on the maturity ladder, and a reading you can forward straight to your leadership. Five minutes, from your own seat.

How it works

Three steps, one forwardable page

1

Answer from your seat

Sixteen statements, four per lens — concrete situations, not moods. Strongly disagree to strongly agree, exactly as it feels from where you sit.

2

Place your org on the ladder

Four yes/nos — custody, clarity, the loop, compounding. The level is how many hold in a row, and each “no” is simply the next thing to build.

3

Send the reading

You get a page with your CARE reading and your ladder level, on its own link — built to be forwarded to the person who owns the budget.

Your answers stay in your browser while you work. Creating the share page stores exactly two things: the answers and the optional organization name you type — no account, no email, nothing else.

The maturity ladder

Five levels, four questions apart

Levels aren't a grade — they're a build order. Each one names the next capability, and the wizard tells you which yes/no to go earn.

Level 0ScatteredSessions live on laptops. Nobody can say how many exist.
Level 1CustodyThe second codebase is preserved and owned — the record outlives any laptop.
Level 2ClarityThe record is read: facts of the work at person, team, and org altitude, under the covenant.
Level 3The loopFindings return to the next working session — coaching, prompts, process — inside the system of work.
Level 4CompoundingAll four lenses live, the readings trend, and the organization learns faster than it hires.
