Who’s behind it
The HX Framework is published by let.ai research and stewarded in the open. The framework, the metrics, and the charter are released under CC BY 4.0: free to read, cite, adapt, and adopt, with or without let.ai’s software. A framework only becomes a standard when other people borrow its nouns, so we publish it to be borrowed.
How we work
We run CARE on ourselves before asking anyone else to: we publish our own Gap and time-to-receipt internally. Every number we publish ships with its method, its components, and its group size. And reasoned declines are first-class in our own listening — research@let.ai answers, even when the answer is no.
Collaborate
We invite academic co-authors in organizational psychology and people analytics, and design partners who want to run the instruments and shape the field's early readings. If that is you, write to research@let.ai.
